Engagement & agreement
LinksQueen.com works primarily with international SEO agencies, in-house marketing teams and direct B2B clients. A binding engagement is established once the scope (target sites, deliverables, monthly volume, timeline and price) is confirmed in writing — typically by email — by both parties.
Inquiries submitted via the contact form, by email or via any other channel are non-binding requests for quotation until both parties confirm the final scope and price.
Pricing & payment
All prices are quoted in EUR (or CZK on request) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Czech VAT at 21% is applied where applicable. Reverse-charge VAT applies to B2B clients with a valid EU VAT ID under standard EU rules.
Payment terms are 14 days from invoice issuance unless agreed otherwise. For new clients we may request partial pre-payment before campaign start.
Service delivery
Standard delivery time is 5–15 business days from scope confirmation, depending on volume and the publisher network involved. Larger or recurring monthly campaigns are delivered on a rolling schedule agreed upfront.
The provider reserves the right to decline assignments that violate Google Webmaster guidelines, contradict editorial standards of partner publishers, or relate to industries the provider does not service (e.g. illegal content, adult content where prohibited, gambling without proper licensing).
Reporting
Every delivery includes a report listing every published URL, the publishing date, anchor text used, target URL and a screenshot if requested. Reports are sent by email and can be exported as CSV on request.
Complaints & cancellation
If a published link is removed by the publisher within 12 months of publication for reasons not attributable to the client (e.g. unrelated editorial changes by the publisher), we will replace the placement at no extra cost on an equivalent site from our network.
Cancellation of pending work is possible before publication; already-completed work is invoiced pro-rata for hours and external fees incurred up to the cancellation date.
Liability
Link building is one of many SEO factors. The provider does not guarantee specific search-engine rankings, organic traffic levels or revenue outcomes. The provider guarantees publication on agreed sites, delivery of reports, and the permanence of links per agreement (typically “permanent placement with no recurring fee”).
Total liability for any single claim is capped at the value invoiced for the specific deliverable to which the claim relates.
Data protection (GDPR)
The provider is the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. Processing follows Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (“GDPR”) and applicable Czech data protection law.
Purposes of processing
We process personal data for the following purposes:
- Contract performance — to deliver the agreed services, including communication, invoicing and accounting (legal basis: contract performance and legal obligations).
- Sales inquiries — to reply to inbound contact form submissions and qualified leads (legal basis: legitimate interest in pre-contractual communication).
- Service quality — anonymized usage analytics to improve the website and service (legal basis: legitimate interest; consent for non-essential cookies).
Your rights
Under GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you;
- Request rectification of inaccurate data;
- Request erasure of data (“right to be forgotten”) where legally possible;
- Restrict or object to processing;
- Data portability (machine-readable export);
- Withdraw consent at any time (where processing is based on consent);
- Lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů).
